Refund Policy

At Ficlio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because our Service provides instant digital content (AI generations), there are specific rules regarding refunds.

1. Technical Issues & 14-Day Window

If you experience technical issues that prevent the use of purchased chapters, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support.

2. No Refunds for Generated Content

Refunds are NOT provided for chapters that have already been successfully generated. Once a credit is used to generate a chapter, it is considered consumed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@ficlio.com, providing your order details. Our Merchant of Record, gumroad.com, will process the request.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
