We do not knowingly provide services to minors. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
The Service provides AI-generated fictional content based on user input. All content is generated automatically by artificial intelligence. We do not manually review, verify, or guarantee any output.
You are fully responsible for all prompts you submit and all content generated from your input. You agree NOT to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or create harmful/illegal content.
All content generated by the Service is fictional and automatically generated. We do not guarantee originality, legal safety, non-infringement, or factual correctness. The Service may produce content that may not meet every user's expectations. You acknowledge that you use the Service and any generated content at your own absolute risk and discretion.
You retain ownership of your original input. Generated content is provided for your use, but uniqueness is not guaranteed. We do not claim ownership of third-party IP used in prompts.
Access to the Service may require payment for chapter packages. Payments are processed by our online reseller gumroad.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. By making a purchase, you also agree to gumroad.com's Terms of Use. All purchases are for digital goods (credits for AI-generated chapters) and are non-refundable once the chapters have been generated.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyrylo Bespoludin and Ficlio shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your prompts, generated content, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
